The accommodation are ground floor garden apartments and benefit from two bedrooms and two bathrooms and can sleep up to five people. There is full air conditioning . Outside there are fabulous views down to the village and the Aegean Sea which can be enjoyed from the large covered terrace with inbuilt BBQ and private side garden.
The apartments at Sunlight Gumusluk are surrounded by spectacular scenery, and the complex has two fantastic swimming pools one with a water slide and the other with childrens paddling area, an indoor sauna, gym, and tennis court all with sea views.
Our apartments commands the best unobstructed sea and mountain views, one overlooking the swimming pool making it a great place to spend your well-earned holiday.
The apartments have been furnished to a high standard to ensure that your stay is a comfortable one. The lounge has a large corner sofa, as you can see from the photographs and makes for a very comfortable afternoon siesta! Satellite TV has been installed and there is also a DVD player should you want a quiet evening in. Recently installed air conditioning will ensure that during the very hottest weather your apartment will stay refreshingly cool.
The apartment is situated on a green hillside with exquisite views towards the mountain with its secret village, and down to the blue Aegean Sea and the Greek islands. The nearby beaches and coves, fishing villages with excellent restaurants, pretty, festive towns, beautiful uplands and a flower covered mountainous backdrop, places you in your very own Sunlight paradise.
Terrace and Garden
The terrace with its built in BBQ provides access into the private side garden with its lemon and evergreen trees. Take your breakfast on the terrace and enjoy the fantastic views of the mountain side, the lovely village of Gumusluk and the clear blue Aegean Sea and the Greek island of Kos beyond. The mountain peak overlooks the oakwoods and farmland, olive and orange groves and the winding lane that leads to the village. If you enjoy birdwatching then this is the place to be.
The side garden is a perfect sunbathing area and the terrace the perfect shady place to enjoy a cool drink and the all important alfresco holiday dining.
The Bedrooms and Bathrooms of the Apartment
There are two bedrooms. The en-suite Bedroom has twin beds, a custom made double wardrobe with plenty of hanging and shelf space plus a bedside drawer and a cupboard unit between the beds. Each bed has its own reading light. The bathroom has a toilet, a hip bath with shower and a wash hand basin with vanity unit .

Both bedrooms have blackout curtains so that the early morning sunlight will not wake you up too early.
Across the hall from the double bedroom is the second bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and a wash hand basin and vanity unit with plenty of shelving.
The hall is furnished with a custom made dresser, the top half has a large mirror and hanging space. The bottom half is a roomy shoe cupboard.
Indoor and Outdoor Living Spaces
The kitchen is fully fitted to a high modern standard. The large fridge freezer is invaluable during the summer months for keeping the wine chilled and the beer cool. The hob has 3 gas rings and 1 electric ring, very efficient and easy to keep clean during your stay. There is plenty of room for preparation and storage in the kitchen and the inventory includes good quality saucepans (with lids!), crockery, cutlery, glassware and cleaning materials. There is a washing machine, an iron and ironing board and plenty more.
The sunlight streams into the lounge area through the front and side patio doors but you have the option of pulling the sun screen curtains across and switching on the air conditioning if you prefer a cooler room. The large corner sofa enjoys blue sky views and has plenty of cushions for maximum comfort. The coffee table and low side unit holding the television have drawer and shelf space for all your holiday necessities. There is a television, a dvd player and a small selection of games and books, you can be sure that everyone will be kept entertained.
5 STAR MANAGEMENT
We are able to arrange a "meet and greet" service on arrival at Bodrum airport which includes a taxi transfer to the property.
Alternatively we can arrange car hire for you.
The resort is about 50 minutes away from Bodrum airport.
Welcome packs can be also be arranged. You can specify what you would like and we will arrange for it to be waiting for you on your arrival. (Payable locally)
